  • Our prices may change at any time to reflect current costs.

 

  • We currently accept Credit Card Payments and Checks through Paypal at this time. We are working toward accepting Credit Card payments in real time on our site and orders via phone/mail/fax.

 

Returns/Defects

  • We will give a full refund for unused merchandise (in the original packaging and/or with original tags still attached) if returned within 30 days of purchase.

 

  • All returns require a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which can be obtained by contacting us.

 

  • For all regular returns, it is the Customer's responsibility to provide shipping back to Slidin' Stop Tack Shop.

 

  • In the event that returned merchandise is not in the original packaging, or is soiled, then a 10% restocking fee will be charged.

 

  • Due to certain manufacturer warranties, a RMA request must be completed within 15 days of purchase for defective items.

 

    • Once a RMA for a defective item has been granted, a return shipping label will be sent to the customer.

 

    •  It is the customers responsibility to package the item and immediately return it to Slidin' Stop Tack Shop using the supplied return label.

 

    • Upon examination of the item, Slidin' Stop Tack Shop will determine if it is defective. 

 

      • If the item is indeed defective, then a replacement will be sent to the customer free of charge.

 

      • If the item is not defective, then it will be returned to the customer and additional shipping charges and a $2.00 handling fee will apply.

    • Items which are known to have provided resonable service, have normal wear, and/or have been misused or damaged, will not be considered defective.

 

 

Disclaimer of Liability

  • Purchaser/user assumes full risk for any injury (personal, property, or economic) or damage (direct or indirect) arising from the use, misuse, or failure to determine the proper use of any product sold by Slidin' Stop Tack Shop.

 

  • For your safety check all equipment prior to use.

 

Classified Ad Listings

  • Slidin' Stop Tack Shop's guidelines for advertising on our Classified Ads page are as follows:

(1.) Submitted ads must be approved by Slidin' Stop Tack Shop.

(2.) A confirmation E-mail for approved ads will be sent with payment instructions.

(3.) All advertisement submissions must include designation into one of the Classified Ad categories listed on the Classified Ads Page .

(4.) Non-equine related ads are automatically posted to the Other Services / Other Items category.

(5.) Ads must not be longer than 25 words. 

(6.) Payment is required first for approved ads before they will be posted.

(7.) There is a minimum required posting period of 3 months.

(8.) All ads will have a posting date and this is the date the posting period will begin.(For Example: An ad is approved on 4/27/07, but is not posted on our site until 5/2/07. The ad wil be listed from 5/2/07-8/2/07.)

(9.) Please make sure to proofread your ad during the confirmation stage.  Slidin' Stop Tack Shop cannot be held liable for any damages or losses, arising from errors, misprints, typos, omissions, etc. in your ad.

** Please Note: If it is found that your ad submission confirmation does not match what is posted on our site, Slidin' Stop Tack Shop will make the necessary corrections free of charge. If the error was made by the submitting party, then there will be an aditional $2.00 charge to correct it. This will include wanting to change the price in your ad during the posting period!
