If you would like to mail an order form with a check or money order to Slidin' Stop Tack Shop instead of proceeding with checkout through Paypal, follow these simple instructions:

• Go to the order form page .
• Print out the order form by clicking FILE on your browser, then PRINT.
• Continue shopping on our site and add items to your shopping cart.
• When you are finished shopping, view your shopping cart
• Check the box if you are an Illinois resident
• Click RECALCULATE
• DO NOT enter any more information on the shopping cart page as this will process your order twice.
• Write the information from your shopping cart EXACTLY as it appears on the order form you just printed
